Forty six is how many installs John can supervise properly in one session.

You cannot sell faster than you can deliver.

You know how to sign a client. That part works. What does not work is what happens after.

Every request lands in the same place, with the same urgency, and all of it reaches you. A password reset and a custom build arrive in the same inbox. So the week goes on questions you have answered before, and the things that would actually move the agency forward never get started.

Most GoHighLevel agencies stall somewhere between eight and fifteen clients. Not because the leads dried up. Because every request routes to one person, and that person is you.

First, the Support Request Trap.

Every request that reaches your agency is one of four things.

01 Beginners Ask

A question with an answer that already exists.

02 Repetitive Questions

A job you have done before.

03 Pro Build

A job you have not done before, but could do.

04 Out-Of-The-Box

A request outside what you or the platform can handle.

Each one has exactly one correct destination. Only one of the four should ever reach you.

Then we price them, using published benchmarks rather than made up numbers. Sort a real week and most owners find the same thing: around three quarters of what reaches them sits in the two at the top, while the two at the bottom are the ones attached to real revenue.

The trap costs you twice. The top two take the week. The bottom two never get started.

Half one · what the top two cost you

Stale knowledge base

18%

deflected. 82 of every 100 requests still reach you.

Updated within thirty days

45%

deflected. 55 of every 100 requests reach you.

27 fewer requests reaching you, per hundred

At $18.50 to $22 fully loaded, that is $500 to $594 of your own time back for every hundred requests that come in. The habit that holds the 45 percent takes about ten minutes a week.

Both deflection rates and the per-request cost are published benchmarks, quoted in full further down this page. Stated as a rate per hundred requests, because we cannot honestly guess how many you get.

Half two · what the bottom two cost you

Pro Build and Out-Of-The-Box are the only two attached to real revenue, and they are the two that get declined. Not because you cannot do the work. Because the week went on the other two.

We are not going to put a number on that half from here, because it depends on what you charge and what you have turned down. You price it live in the first half of the session, against your own numbers. Most owners find it is the larger of the two.

You are spending your week on the cheapest requests in your business and turning down the most valuable ones.

Then we fix the biggest one, together, live.

Most of this session is a build. You will leave with a branded AI support system running in your own GoHighLevel account. Not a template. Not a recording to watch later. Installed, branded and answering.

01

Install it.

One script tag at agency level. It deploys across every client sub-account you have.

02

Brand it.

Your bot name, your logo, your colours, your welcome message. Your clients see your agency. They never see us.

03

Connect the knowledge base.

It runs on a maintained GoHighLevel library that refreshes daily, so it never goes stale on A2P, workflows, calendars or deliverability when the platform changes underneath you.

04

Train it on your business.

Your own documentation and SOPs layered on top with priority ranking, so it answers the way you would answer.

05

Test it live.

Ask it a real question and watch it answer before the call ends. This is that moment, running in your account instead of ours.

In your own sub-account

Your name · your logo · your colours. Your clients never see us.

06

Keep it good.

Knowledge bases updated within thirty days deflect around 45 percent of requests. Stale ones manage 18. The habit takes about ten minutes a week and we show you exactly what it is.

Why this matters more this year than last.

Your platform is paying you to sell AI right now. HighLevel's Summer of AI campaign runs to 31 August, with a contest paying up to $20,000 to the agencies activating the most AI subscriptions on client accounts.

Selling an AI service and being able to support one are two different problems, and the second one lands on you in Q4. Here is what the evidence says. None of it is a cliff.

20%

Your clients are not doing this themselves.

Around 20 percent of US businesses use AI anywhere in their operations, and among firms under twenty employees that number has not moved at all. The work is still yours to win.

US Census Bureau · Business Trends and Outlook Survey · roughly 20,000 responses, tracked every two weeks

15%

The gains from AI are real, but they land somewhere specific.

The largest study ever run on AI in support, 5,172 agents across three million conversations, found a 15 percent gain overall and 30 percent for the least experienced staff. On judgement work by the most experienced people, quality slightly declined.

AI pays off on repeatable work and gets worse the closer you move it to judgement. Which is exactly why the order matters, and why we sort your week before automating any of it.

Brynjolfsson, Li and Raymond · Quarterly Journal of Economics · n=5,172

44%

Agencies already know where their problem is.

Asked what was blocking them, agency professionals did not name AI skills. The top two answers were inefficient processes at 44 percent and disconnected systems at 40 percent. In the same survey, 65 percent had lost clients to in-house teams that year.

No cliff

Just a gap that compounds.

Nobody wakes up next quarter and finds their agency has ended. But the difference between the middle of this market and the top of it is operational depth, and depth gets built over months rather than bought in an afternoon.

What you leave with.

Everything below exists by the end of the ninety minutes, in your account, not on a promise.

  • A branded AI support system installed and answering in your own GoHighLevel account.
  • Your bot name, your logo and your colours on it, deployed across every client sub-account you have.
  • A maintained GoHighLevel knowledge base connected and refreshing daily.
  • Your own documentation and SOPs layered on top with priority ranking.
  • Your real week sorted into the four types of the Support Request Trap.
  • A costed picture of what each type of request is actually costing you, against published benchmarks.
  • The format for documenting a repeat job so somebody other than you can run it.
  • The ten minute a week habit that stops the knowledge base going stale.
  • AOS Pro, free until 30 October.

How the ninety minutes runs.

Two halves and a short close. Carlos does the maths, John does the build.

  1. First half

Where your week goes, and what it is worth.

The Support Request Trap, and your own week sorted into its four types. Then we price them against published benchmarks rather than made up numbers, and you see which requests you have been spending the week on.

    Led by Carlos Adell

  2. The build

Install it, brand it, and get it answering.

One script tag at agency level. Your name and colours on it. The maintained knowledge base connected, your own documents layered on top, and a real question answered before the call ends.

    Led by John Bryan

  3. Last block

What you do about the other three.

We solve one of the four types completely and you leave with it running. On the other three we are straight with you: the format for documenting the second, the honest reason the third needs a builder, and why the fourth has no answer at your size. Then we are done.

    Led by Carlos Adell

What this will not fix.

We solve one of the four types completely, in front of you, for free. We do not solve the other three, and I am not going to pretend otherwise.

You will get the format for documenting Repetitive Questions so somebody else can run them. On Pro Build, the honest answer is that you need a builder, and I will say so plainly rather than pretend I have a clever way around it. Out-Of-The-Box has no answer at your size, and I will show you exactly why. It is worth understanding whether or not you ever work with us.

That is the whole session. There is no offer at the end and nothing to sit through. You keep the system, you keep the map, and what you do next is yours.

Who is running this.

Two of us, because this session has a business half and a technical half and we would rather not pretend one person is good at both.

Carlos Adell
Founder and CEO, Aiconic

I left engineering to become a coach in 2018. What I found was that the part my clients hated most, the back office, was the part I was good at, and that became the business. Aiconic now designs, builds and runs the operational layer for business owners.

I spend my time on the side of this that is about money and decisions. What a request actually costs you, what you can stop doing, what you can start selling once delivery is not the thing holding you back.

In this session I take the first half. Where your week goes and what it is worth.

John Bryan
Chief Technology Officer, Aiconic

John is the technical half of Aiconic and the person who actually built the system we are installing with you. He designed AOS, the white-label support layer that sits inside GoHighLevel sub-accounts, including the knowledge base architecture that keeps it current with the platform rather than going stale three months after setup.

In this session John takes the build. Installing it, branding it, connecting the knowledge base, training it on your own documents, and getting it answering properly before the call ends.

Neither of us is going to spend ninety minutes talking at you. Carlos does the maths, John does the build, and you leave with the thing running.

From a duct taped stack to running live.

That is our done for you agency work, over months, not the output of a ninety minute workshop. It is here so you know who is running the session.

This is for you if

  • You run a GoHighLevel agency
  • You have paying clients right now
  • Delivery has personally landed on your desk in the last thirty days

This is not for you if

  • You are still looking for your first client
  • You want a course on building in GoHighLevel yourself

There are good free ones. Keep your $27.

$27 for the workshop.

And you leave with AOS Pro, free until 30 October.

  • Unlimited client sub-accounts
  • Fully white label, no attribution
  • Human handoff with an agent inbox
  • White label help centre for your clients

Fully refundable, no questions asked.

You will leave with the system up and running inside your own GoHighLevel account. If it is not running by the end of the session, ask and we refund you in full.

We can offer that because the whole thing gets built with you on the call. If it is not running by the end, we did not do our half.

AOS Pro is free until 30 October. On 31 October it starts billing at $97 a month, which is its normal price. If you do not want that, cancel before then in one click and you are not charged. Nothing is taken from you before 31 October and there is no contract to get out of.

The access code is given out live during the session and only works during the session. It will not work afterwards and it cannot be passed on, which is the only fair way to do it when seats are limited.

Why not free.

Because the code only works live, and free workshops fill with people who never turn up.

$27 is the smallest filter that means everyone in the room runs a real agency with real clients. It also keeps the session small enough to stay a conversation.

The questions people actually ask.

I tried a chatbot before and it made things worse.

That is the normal experience, and it is usually the same cause. The bot was answering from a knowledge base that was either generic or already out of date, so it was confidently wrong in front of your client and you ended up cleaning up after it.

The thing we install runs on a maintained GoHighLevel library that refreshes daily, so it does not go stale on A2P, workflows, calendars or deliverability when the platform changes underneath you. It also hands off to a human inbox rather than guessing when it does not know.

Will my clients know it is not me?

It carries your bot name, your logo, your colours and your welcome message. It is fully white label with no attribution. Your clients see your agency and they never see us.

I do not have documentation to train it on.

You do not need any to start. It ships connected to the maintained GoHighLevel knowledge base, which is what handles the platform questions that make up most of what reaches you.

Your own documentation and SOPs are a layer on top with priority ranking, so it answers the way you would answer. You can add that during the session if you have it, or afterwards when you write it.

Is ninety minutes really enough to have it running?

Installation is one script tag at agency level, and it deploys across every client sub-account you have. The session is the build, not a presentation about the build, and you test it with a real question before the call ends.

What do I actually need on the day?

There is nothing to prepare and nothing to buy. Come on a computer, logged into your GoHighLevel account as agency admin. That is the only thing we need from you.

It has to be a computer rather than a phone, and it has to be the agency admin login rather than a sub-account user, because installation happens at agency level. If you turn up without those two things we cannot get it running for you, which is the one situation the refund promise is there to cover.

What if I do not have an AI key?

It works straight away without one. If you want the full version running on your own key, we walk you through getting one during the call. It takes a couple of minutes and nobody gets left behind.

Can I pay and just watch the recording later?

No, and it is worth being straight about why. The access code for AOS Pro is given out live during the session and only works during the session. It will not work afterwards and it cannot be passed on, which is the only fair way to do it when seats are limited.

If you cannot make the time, keep your $27 until a date you can.

What if I turn up and it does not work for me?

Then you get your $27 back. You will leave with the system up and running inside your own GoHighLevel account. If it is not running by the end of the session, ask and we refund you in full. No form and no argument.

We can offer that because the whole thing gets built with you on the call rather than handed to you as homework. If it is not running by the end, we did not do our half.

What happens on 30 October?

AOS Pro is free up to and including 30 October. On 31 October it starts billing at $97 a month, which is its normal price.

If you do not want it to continue, cancel before 31 October in one click and you are not charged. Nothing is taken from you before that date and there is no contract to get out of. We would rather say this plainly here than have a November invoice come as a surprise.

Why does a $27 workshop need a filter at all?

Because the code only works live, and free workshops fill with people who never turn up. $27 is the smallest filter that means everyone in the room runs a real agency with real clients. It also keeps the session small enough to stay a conversation.
